Just want to pay respect to the very cool runners attempting the Poor Men's Comrades today! 96 km in this weather - that's commitment! I am glad this time I can say 'been there, done that' - The Comrades 2003 in South Africa in just under 10 hours and with sunshine.
Looking out the window - Clovelly Pool looks like a spa gone crazy and the rain is coming sideways. I am off to the nice and cosy gym for my run today.
